Ever wondered why brown looks so good paired with turquoise or who can wear both warm red next to blue red?
Wanna know how Winter can wear earthy tones?
Or ever wondered if Dark (Shaded) Autumn isn't about only dark brown with orange or leopard?

The answers are in IdLook's new project - colorwheels for each of 16 colortypes so you could easier find out how to make analogues color combinations, complimentary, triads, so on;).

So, LET*S START!
Pure Spring would combine coral pink with hot pink, pure in hue:
Picture
while Tinted Spring is about lighter tones, as it's seen at the colorwheel, besides the colors aren't equal in saturation/light level, so to speak not quite matching, yet you can still match peach pink and violet:

Toned Spring combines warm red with orange sherbet: (most left)

while Shaded Spring would carry darker tones, like coral pink with mango (or warm red with tangerine as pictured in the middle)
Pure Summer combines hot pink with watermelon
pls notice that step to the right, purples, like orchid, is possible for these on the cooler side and more contrast, so to speak more close to Winter type:
Picture
Tinted Summer needs to blend lighter, it's called Tinted after all lol;), so it would combine watermelon with paspberry patfait or even rosewater:

Nobody carries dusty tones better than Toned Summer (we still envy Carry Bradshaw lol;)
Picture
Imagine gorgeous Angelina Jolie, Shaded Summer wears:

Notice how close to that also cool and some dark season of Pure Winter: yet it IS Pure, more in hue:
Picture
Tinted Winter has quite a range of warm red-cold red combinations to choose, as you see:
Picture
Toned Winter also has good ones. Just remember not to go to dark into Shaded Winter with, for instance, grape:
Picture
Shaded Winter rocks Blue red (more intensive in hue than hot pink of other seasons) with true red and even raspberry. Also other Winters can wear it, so it's classical lol;): for Shaded Winter this combination is the lightest. Though many still can do it! Turn both darker, from the next line, and there will be the ideal one:

Pure Autumn combination is tomato red with violet, terra-cotta and aubergine:
Picture
Tinted Autumn is the one that really have difficulties to combine warm red and cold one, as it's seen from the colorwheel: but still tomato closer to face (you do know that rule of your temperature color first, right?) and watermelon on the bottom would work:

toned autumn cross true red or watermelon with deep tomato

Shaded Autumn would follow the same principe and combine its tomato with rust or red plum:

so, hopefully now you understand the colorwheel' use and see the difference that makes one colortype to be that and another to be this;)

New year = new meetings!

I'll introduce myself to those new customers (more than it's done before;), opened =>#meToo :/ and honestly:

Hello!
My name is Olga, I am certified stylist and I've had a rather interesting journey to this profession.
I've always wanted to help people. Because of that i became a lawyer. But after working for almost 10 years as one I've got enough of bureaucracy as well as of dress-code ;) - I know that all ;). And the  artistic side of me wanted something different.

Before realizing how I could help people as a stylist I went through a personal crisis. As some mothers experience, I got a depression. I tried to cure it with shopping as many people do. It helped me to understand the reasons behind being a shopoholic. And I understood the reason for my depression as well - it was not seeing me in perspective, my own place in the Universe. And so I cured myself - my interest to clothing gave me the strength to get out of my depression even without the prescription medicine. I've realized how powerful clothing influences self-esteem, and because of my systematic approach of thinking, rich and diverse experience and my interest in psychology - I can help people. So, January 2015 I became a student again and right before 2016 have graduated from the course of 13 year practicing stylist-imagemaker. My thesis were about mothers-to-be and mother's clothes specifics and styles.

What I like most about clothing is that it is like a math or music. You can compose your own music from few "notes" - form, color, texture, line, and look can show only one side of you or you can blend it "all in". Let's learn together! Setting up your own style is a process which can take up to... So have a look at "My services" and contact me to get the best program that suits you!

I am a puzzle;). So and you are;). Why is that I can help you the best?
It is
interesting how everything you've ever learned, connects the puzzle: each indeed contributed to the new profession as a stylist;).
*Lawyer: gave me the structure, concludes logical laws and gives one the secret ability to go around the laws;) if client's individuality demands it. I can communicate to any client type, know when to offer straight solutions or just listen and carefully recommend, etc. It also wakes an enormous interest to learn history: history of fashion in my case;)
*Children's teacher says me if the client gets enough of new information and I need to switch the attention to another subject. I call it the soap bubbles-method;))). Helps me also with creativity and flexibility! Moreover, pursuing the path of new knowledge for the client instead of tiger teaching;).
*Personal experience with art and psychology also contributes enormously. As well my moving to Sweden - it taught me to the great "skulle du kunna tänka..." Smiley wink

Life is truly amazing! Let's definy your inner individuality too!

Do you know what message your appearance sends? How do you want others to see you?

If you want others to see you through your eyes, contact me! My goal is to help people, so I do it affordable!

Since the ancient times variety and diversity in clothing was poor. At some ages coloring was limited, at some - the fabrics were hard and expensive to get, at some point "fashion" meant "men ONLY". So here we stand in the 21st century and can get whatever we want, nobody is gonna execute us for having pants on or gossip on us if our hair is not setup. So, what do we want?

You are a puzzle!

We might know our figure type. Good. But that's not enough for calling your today look a LOOK ;). We might know our face shape and get a haircut what suits it. Wonderful! Still, it's too little. We can find out our colors that work for us. Oh, with only that we can happily live for years! However, we are still somehow not complete and we still have a problem of "nothing to wear" while if we only dare open our wardrobes, then all this "nothing" jumps right on us.

Can we solve it?
Why is that so many people have that problem, when magazines, internet and all kind of information is around us...?
The answer is right here. Exactly: "ALL KINDS OF.." - we've got total freedom. And it's hard because there is too much of EVERYTHING. You need to consider a lot of things at once to be able to create a look.

Is it enough to be your own stylist?
Of course we all get dressed in the morning.
Let's take that example of you separately knowing your figure type, your colors, your face shape and so on. To us, stylist, people seems quite often as a mosaic of these different elements, because these elements are not CONNECTED and not UNITED in the LOOK.

Another mistake - is outgoing from the magazines, fashion, bloggers and the internet but not from your own individuality. Then we see a look that is supposed to belong to one person, being worn by another individual. They simply mismatch.
And so we, ordinary people are "reads" the person based on this mismatch. Between us stylists we have a saying about this: "If you'd pull on the uncombined, then pls expect the unpredictable".

Thus. people can have hard time matching to the situation, "never is casual enough" or "always too business-like at the events" and so on. We really need to make people focus on us correctly to be able to get that project at work or the guy at the bar ;), or even get medical help - like this
social experiment video made in Paris:  is proof that it can even be dangerous not to pay enough attention to your appearances

Mistakes that cost your money:
Although some think the stylist would be just a waste of money and that they wouldn't offer any new alternatives... Here is a brilliant example of a set I've found on the internet where I'll show why stylists are useful! Look at the pic:

Picture
Originally the author was saying this dress is for the office. Yep, a sensitive lady like Monica Belucci would love the dress! But then, the author wanted to add something extra in this boring look and added a coat. A wonderful airy and delicate women would also love it! But wait, that would be a girl-lady like Mary Picford with dreamy eyes... not a "know-what-I-want'/this guy-at-the-bar lady" who owns the dress... So the first mismatch is created...
But then (I guess since the author's logic is "it is supposed to be an office look") he adds this clutch. So that together with that coat, we get "a small girl who has stolen her mom's shoes". Mismatch again.

If you have a keen eye for lines (architects would easily understand me;), you'll see this huge mismatch in the lines of the bag and the coat.  And for everyone - psychology would work: This bag would belong to Catharine Zeta Jones type of women with a heavy look in their eyes - they know their stuff, they are direct, wonderful bosses, their sensitivity is different - definitely not like a girl with dreamy eyes wearing this coat!

All these 3 different women are worth-loving but they are soooooo different. Seeing that set now, we don't really know WHO is standing in front of us...
...the professional stylist wouldn't leave this look uncompleted even color-wise without smth with both beige and black, like a bag or shoes or scarf...

Why me and what benefits will you get?
I know all this because I have been professionally trained in both David Kibbe's typology that was invented 30 years ago and Dwyn Larsson's typology of 2012. I know what psychological character is behind each clothing or acessory item plus what image colors are creating, and so on.
You would get to know the secrets!

My prices will pleasantly surprise you.
Think of how much money you are going to save by not buying the things you don't actually need! It IS worth your time! And a place in your wardrobe!
